Description:

Can be served as a dessert or a variation to the summer coffee!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 single shot (30mI) hot espresso coffee
  • 1 tbs of coffee flavoured liquer (e.g. Kahlua or Tia Maria)
  • 1 piece of Menz Chocolate Honeycomb square chopped finely

 

Method:

  1. Place ice-cream in a heatproof glass.
  2. Top with espresso.
  3. Add the liqueur.
  4. Sprinkle with Menz Choc Honeycomb.
